. One home unlawfully seized in a free country like the United States of America, is one too many to tolerate. The articles, legal cases, laws, and personal stories cited on the following pages represent pleas from our fellow American citizens to recognize this day has come. Banksters and mortgage robbers are seizing our homes through fraud, forgery, false accusations, systemic corruption, procedural manipulation, civil racketeering, collusion, judicial tyranny, and other such crimes against humanity. In our case, they seized our Idaho Ranch with a standing army.
For us, one of the saddest parts of living through the Great Mortgage Holocaust of the 21st century has been hearing the pain and suffering others have faced. We have heard their desperation, looked at the shame in their eyes as their good names and perfect credit was tarnished, heard the crashes of their dreams as they shattered on the floor, read the posted notices of what had been done to them, saw the tears fall from their eyes as they carried their last belongings out of homes filled with memories, and felt as helpless to stop their abuse as we were to stop our own. For years we have been listening to their stories and their struggles of trying to find some justice in the midst of all this injustice. These stories are being compiled here for you to see this has and is happening across America and the world. These are stories the bad guys do not want you or I to write or read. Why? Because they allow the truth to be told and their corruption to be exposed. Mortgage robbers, all eyes are now on you. No more excuses. Do the right thing.

Did you know that here in our country there have been some families that have been threatened with losing their homes and property through no fault of their own?
Oddly enough, the banks that we trust every day with our money and financial transactions have pulled the rug out from under these people.
In one case, the family went to pay their mortgage payment, and the bank claimed to be having computer troubles, and "couldn't access their account." After several attempts at trying to pay their mortgage payments, they were told that they would be foreclosed on, for not paying their bills. ...

Some of us are very concerned about recent bank foreclosures of property in our area. The "mortgage crisis" hasn't ended. One of our neighbors is being foreclosed on unfairly. In this case, they had numerous monthly payments refused by the bank because of "computer problems" and subsequently the bank employees that tried to help them got fired or disappeared from that position. Friends of our family created this ad and attempted to put it into the Clearwater Tribune as a paid advertisement. It was simply a plea for help. The paper declined printing it, even as a paid advertisement. Why? Out of fear of reprisal if they got involved. Freedom of the press? Not in Clearwater County, Idaho.

If you would be so kind, I would like it to become far more widely known that there has been building here within the inland northwest another situation that could yet prove as volatile and dangerous as were those of Bunkerville, Nevada and Burns, Oregon a few short years ago. At issue here and now, is the rightful, lawful ownership of the Nick and Donna Nickerson Christian Retreat Ranch acreage, located in the vicinity of Orofino,
Idaho. Owing to a long progression of capricious, "legal" actions on the part of banks and mortgage services (as sanctioned by a Clearwater County Court judge and its prosecuting attorney), this property and the lives of this family have continued under siege.
What needs to be seriously weighed and understood by all, is the REAL WHY of the matter, seeing as neither any sort of tax protest nor mortgage default has ever been involved. ...

...In August of 2017, this ranch was arbitrarily sold at public auction, before the victim family was ever even allowed a jury trial, a right mandated and guaranteed under the 7th Article of our Bill of Rights. The good county Sheriff mistakenly believed he had to carry out the orders of a local judge and prosecutor, forgetting that he alone holds the supreme power as chief protector of the rights of his people. Thus, every action subsequent to this error must rightfully be declared null and void, and reversed.
I'm merely one concerned citizen, asking like-minded fellow citizens everywhere to be alert to, and speak out against, all such forms of legal abuse posing as lawful authority. As Americans we all need to stand firm ...

First, a soul-searching question directed to the broad spectrum of the community at large, aware of the story that I reference here: Why were there not throngs of local people - - hundreds, even thousands - - streaming daily to visit and stand with the Nick and Donna Nickerson family "camped" homeless, as they've been, aside the road above Orofino, ever since so suddenly and brutally evicted and barred from their nearby ranch home on the morning of Tuesday, Nov. 12? Have we paid little or no attention, content to believe media reports, and simply assume that justice is being served? Were we concerned enough to even visit the Nickersons' ItHappenedtoUs website, to get their side of the story, or place a phone call to express our empathy and support? Certainly, many folks did so, just not nearly enough, however.

“Cruel and unusual punishment?” Yes! I witnessed such treatment, inflicted as well on some very fine and unfortunate animals. This occurred at the Nickerson family ranch home, in the area known as Upper Fords Creek in Clearwater County this past Nov. 12th.
The raid and seizure of all property was ordered by county prosecutor, Clayne Tyler, and executed by county sheriff Chris Goetz. The Idaho State Police also assisted, with K-9 and SWAT teams, as well as sniper personnel - - approximately 30 enforcement people.

We are residents living on Crow Bench Road and I was horrified by the events that happened here in our neighborhood on Nov. 12, to our neighbors. We have known them for 15 years, and have had many wonderful times with their family.
That morning - - we were driving up Crow Bench Road and what we saw shocked us. There were law enforcement agents all around us. As we drove past Neff Road - we saw five police cars, end-to-end, blocking the road, with two more police cars behind them on the road. As we slowed to ask what was happening - I glanced to my right and there was a sniper standing up on the hill, with his gun drawn. Then I saw another one crouched down a little higher on the hill. Lights were flashing all around.

Letter - Update
I have spent 3 days this week with the Nick and Donna Nickerson family. They are a stalwart Christian family: humble, kind, hardworking and intelligent.
After hearing their story, I am convinced that they are being targeted by the mortgage/banking industry-a huge and very powerful entity. Their battle has been going on for 10 years. There are multiple acts of fraud committed by several institutions, mainly CHASE and Wells Fargo.
The Nickersons understand whom they are fighting, but they trust in God and continue to fight because of principle. This persecution could happen to anyone. In fact it has happened to millions who have already lost their homes.
