What Will You Do When It Happens To You?
Highway Robbery At The Nickerson Family Montana Ranch
Montana was once a place a family like the Von Trapp Family could find freedom and escape tyranny. Today, Montana is a place a family like the Nickerson Family can have their freedoms revoked and their family home and ranch stolen through malicious regulatory failure, judicial tyranny, and systemic corruption. Have religious freedoms, property rights, and due process become extinct in Montana? Do they still exist in America?
On May 5, 2022, "big banks" and the "State of Montana" raided our family home and ranch and seized our property while members of our family were praying at the National Day of Prayer. The condition and current whereabouts of our stolen property, personal belongings, animals, nursery plants, and family treasures have not been confirmed at the time of this publish. However, Kenneth Lay of Crowley Fleck in Helena, Montana, has been recorded in a phone message stating our animals are being cared for on the ranch and everything is to be returned to us. Per our understanding, the stolen property removed from the ranch has been distributed to multiple storage locations in Helena. Nothing has been returned to date. We have requested more information on who entered our property and who has handled and had access to our real and personal property, but Kenneth Lay has refused to answer. Please pray! To be clear, any reports or narratives that we have abandoned our family ranch, personal belongings, animals, financial obligations, rights, or lawful possession of our real or personal property seized in Montana that may be circulated are false, slanderous, defamatory, and maliciously intended to harm our good name and moral character.
What can you do to help? Pray for us. Pray for our enemies. Tell Montana you do not like what you are hearing and seeing happen at the Nick and Donna Nickerson Family Ranch. Contact all 150 Montana State Senators and Representatives, Governor Greg Gianforte, Lt. Governor Kristin Juras, Attorney General Austin Knudsen, Banking Commissioner Melanie Hall, State Auditor Troy Downing, United States Senators Jon Tester and Steve Daines, United States Representative Matt Rosendale, and other officials who have sworn to guard freedoms and preserve justice in Montana and across America. Demand they explain their inaction and ask them to do what is right and investigate the malicious abuse of process and procedure that has allowed this to happen to us under their watch. Require them to uphold law and order by exercising long overdue ethical and moral accountability to the "banks" and judiciary for their erred and continued unlawful actions in this matter. Share our story with your friends, network, legal connections, and go to media sources. Call your local Wells Fargo and national HSBC branches. Request the Wells Fargo Private Bank in Helena be investigated. Find out why Montana helped Wells Fargo attack the Nickersons?

This is what happened to us - The Nick and Donna Nickerson Family
We are the Nick and Donna Nickerson Family. This is our story of truth being quashed; persecution being maliciously pursued; and perseverance being sustained through family, faith and God's Grace. Our home, freedom, security, and dreams are being stolen in an attack that began at our Idaho ranch, then expanded to include our Montana home and our entire financial portfolio. Both ranches are being wrongfully foreclosed though we did nothing wrong to warrant or justify this attack. This is not a money, lost wages, upside down equity, default, bankruptcy, or failure to pay issue. This is not an eminent domain or tax situation. This is not the result of an unapproved loan modification. This is mortgage theft, life savings extortion, persecution of Christians, and a targeted attack on American citizens and their Constitutional and legal rights of property ownership. This is mortgage terrorism.
This happened to us and it can happen to you, just like it has to millions of others. People often ask why we are still in the battle after all these years, over a decade. We did and are doing something many could not, would not, or did not. We kept fighting. We pled with the banks and their accomplices to stop their abuse. We refused to surrender to unlawful seizure and extortion. We told them
this is our home; we want to keep it; we have, and have always had, the wherewithal to keep it, and we will fight to keep it. They attacked us on every front. We called for help, but no one with authority came. No one stepped forward to enforce the laws that could shield our family and end the abuse. Instead, the laws in place to stop this attack were silenced by those entrusted to protect, uphold, and preserve them.
We have watched as justice died not only on our street, but on millions of streets across America. Justice promised for all, which includes our family, the Nick and Donna Nickerson Family, has been and is being held hostage by foreign and domestic enemies right here in our own homeland. Our freedoms, granted to us as natural born citizens, have been imprisoned and nullified by the crippling fear of those afraid to stand against organized crime and take on the Big Banks. Now, the unthinkable has happened. Our family has been held at gunpoint while our Idaho ministry ranch and personal belongings were seized. We were unlawfully detained in the State of Idaho in an unauthorized, unlawful, unConstitutional, and unAmerican seizure. No warrant, court order, service of eviction or ejectment. We were just in our home rightfully and legally, getting ready to sit down for a late breakfast, had hung our American flag that morning, and had no idea we, or our ranch, were in jeopardy of an armed invasion by our fellow American citizens. Our Montana home and family ranch was then sold at public auction, and now our real and personal property has been seized without any notice, request to leave, or any service of process whatsoever. All of this happened, not because we failed to make payments or defaulted on our obligations, but because we are being punished for disfavored worldviews and our commitment to our faith.
President Ronald Reagan once warned,
Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didn't pass it on to our children in the bloodstream. The only way they can inherit the freedom we have known is if we fight for it, protect it, defend it, and then hand it to them with the well fought lessons of how they in their lifetime must do the same. And if you and I don't do this, then you and I may well spend our sunset years telling our children and our children's children what it once was like in America when men were free.
The freedoms we once enjoyed in America - religious freedom, property rights, due process - are being stripped from us one by one. This is happening because
all it takes for evil to prosper is for good men to do nothing. Justice demands we, all of us who still believe in truth, justice, and the American way, act quickly to restore and preserve law, order and fair play. To quote Benjamin Franklin,
Justice will not be served until those who are unaffected are as outraged as those who are. Will you take a stand for justice? The time has come for all good men and women to stand and and make a difference. Join the fight for justice and against injustice in the war raging across our land. What happened to us can happen to you. Since it happened to us, it has happened to you. United we will stand or divided we will all fall.
Was any of what has happened to us warranted or justified?
No. Absolutely not. Two of our ranches are being foreclosed without the foreclosing entity having any lawful ownership in our property, without us owing the foreclosing entity any debt, and without any verified or authenticated account records demonstrating we defaulted on any alleged debt. No trial by jury, due process, or a full and fair contest of the facts has occurred. Attorneys claiming to work for the big banks falsely claimed default when all truth proves we exerted heroic efforts to make every payment we were allowed to make and admirably fulfilled all obligations regarding our ranches. The foreclosing entities have admitted we attempted to make payments and they refused them. The county records and filings prove the banks collusively committed fraud. Admissions by the banks before and after the raids prove all claims made by us are true and validate we are still the lawful occupants of both our ranches today. Can any act or inaction committed by us warrant or justify what has happened to our family? No. Absolutely not. In a free country, what is warranted is a federal investigation into the corruption, counterfeiting, racketeering, hate crimes, and other criminal acts driving these wrongful foreclosure actions. In a free country, what is justified is for the banks to be forced to provide account records, notations, taped conversations, witness testimonies that prove we did not default and that comprehensively expose their criminal activity, offer public apologies for their slanderous claims and defamatory accusations, make restitution for the damages and injuries they have caused, and display genuine reform if they want to continue banking in America. In a free country, what has happened to us should never have happened to anyone. In America, it should never be allowed to happen again.
