We Are Fighting Back - Day 58

Milk For The Camp

Wednesday, January 8, 2020

Today is Day 58. Have you ever heard of George Müller? When precious friends brought milk to the campsite today, we were reminded of the many stories of God’s faithfulness in George’s life. George was pastor and a missionary to orphans in England. We have read he preached, cared for over 10,000 orphans, and established over a 100 Christian schools in his lifetime. He was quite a faith walker. He operated only faith-based orphanages and ministries, and his spirit of gratefulness and stories of how God was faithful to supply all their needs have always been an inspiration to our family. If you want to increase your trust in God and learn to walk in faith, we encourage you to pick up a book and read about his life. We think you will be blessed.

We had another extra special blessing at the campsite today. Our precious friend from another hill introduced us to a sweet patriot who has also stood against injustice at great personal cost. Her story of maintaining courage and strength in the face of adversity is awe inspiring and we thank God for her faithful stand for justice and freedom. We pray God will bless these precious women for encouraging our camp today and that both of them will remain strong and faithful in encouraging and being a blessing to others as they have been to us. What has happened to us has happened to so many. We are praying and hoping our sacrifices and stand for religious freedom, property rights, and due process will help break the silence, expose corruption and tyranny, and stop the abuse. God bless all of you who are standing with, and for, us and America. May His grace, love, and peace be yours today.

Special Prayer Request: Please pray for a dear patriot who is fighting for life in the hospital today. Though we have never met her, she has touched our heart through mutual friends and we are thankful for her and her faithful prayers for our family. God be with you, sweet lady. You are in our thoughts and prayers. We are thankful for the ways you have made the world a better place.
