We Are Fighting Back - Day 67

We Will Rise Again

Friday, January 17, 2020

Today is Day 67. The elk visited the campsite this morning and brought a new baby by to show it off. Our camp has so enjoyed their antics and magnificent beauty. The herd is becoming more and more at rest with our family. We would love to scratch some ears or give a little elk baby a squeezy hug.

Lay not wait, O wicked man, against the dwelling of the righteous; spoil not his resting place: For a just man falleth seven times, and riseth up again: but the wicked shall fall into mischief. Proverbs 24:15,16

We were served notice yesterday our Montana Ranch is scheduled to be sold at public auction on January 29, 2020. The foreclosure summary judgment on the Montana Ranch was granted four years ago. It is interesting the raid at the Idaho Ranch on November 12th and the signing of the writ to sell our Montana home occurred within a week. This not being coincidental is corroborated by Jim Meyers of Kooskia, Idaho, running around telling gun show attendees who stopped by his booth where he sells firearm silencers that JPMorgan Chase has hired him to “take down the Nickersons” and bragging that he is the one that is doing it. From the stories we have heard, he has made our family sound like the James Family, as in the family of Frank and Jesse James. Kind of funny to those who know us, but interesting correlation when you think about it. Did you know the James Family Ranch was unlawfully stolen too? When they could not find a legal way to save it and stop what they believed to be corruption, they became bank robbers to reclaim what was stolen from them. It is amazing how authors and Hollywood can exploit history by leaving out key parts of stories. From what we have read, and been told by those who had family members that knew the James Family personally, the James Family’s bank robbing spree was an attempt to set the books straight, not secure greedy gain. In fact, we are told Frank James returned to his family and normal life as soon as the brothers had reclaimed what had been stolen from them. Sadly, time and not properly processing the grave miscarriages of justice suffered by his family, rendered Jesse too angry to listen to the forgiveness sermons preached by his Baptist Preacher Daddy Robert James and walk away when he had secured the restitution he originally set out to obtain. Not letting go when what he set out to do was accomplished, ultimately cost him his life. We were not there so our rendition is certainly hearsay. However, if this recount of what happened is accurate, or has any truth whatsoever, how sad it is, that it all had to work out the way it did. We wonder if others intervening to stop their abuse, getting involved, or holding bad guys who hurt this family accountable, could have saved this family and those who were ultimately affected by the choices they made. When we read stories of bad things happening to good people like the James Family, it compels us to want to do more, to be a part of righting wrongs, and to help prevent such travesties and tragedies from occurring. Our hearts bleeding for justice for others and trying to help them save their homes, churches, and good names is probably what put us on an operation chokepoint list in the first place…

We shared the news of our Montana Ranch being up for auction with a patriot friend. He rhetorically asked, The banks will not give up, will they? Our daughter’s response was, Neither will we; and I guess that is what makes it interesting. JPMorgan Chase and Wells Fargo controlling all the money, power, and authority in America, or even in the world, cannot change truth, and the irrefutable truth is our ranches are being stolen without cause, right, justification, and lawful authority. We have fought back because our sense of patriotism and understanding of what is right and wrong have compelled us to do so. It has cost us dearly. The sad part is, there was no reason for the attack against our family to be allowed to continue and expand. Judicial tyranny, governmental dereliction of duty, and the chosen and neglectful involvement of freedom watchers have allowed it to happen to us and to others. Our God-given, Constitutionally, guaranteed rights of a trial by jury have been denied. Summary judgments have revoked our civil status of being innocent until proven guilty. Prejudice and collusion have silenced justice and racketeered injustice. Regardless of the final outcome, we are, and will remain, the only rightful and lawful owners of our ranches, and we will rise again. No matter what paperwork gets forged, how many more slanderous and false accusations spew from lying tongues, whether or not our good name is officially cleared in county records, or if long rap sheets are ultimately attached to the criminals involved, God will be the One to render the Final Verdicts in these matters, and He will be the One to determine who ultimately inhabits the lands. The battle belongs to Him. We pray He will render to each one according to deeds. Amen and Amen.
