We Are Fighting Back - Day 73

Waiting For That Final Verdict

Thursday, January 23, 2020

Today is Day 73. For my love they are my adversaries: but I give myself unto prayer. And they have rewarded me evil for good, and hatred for my love. Psalms 109: 4, 5

My flesh and my heart faileth: but God is the strength of my heart, and my portion forever. For lo, they that are far from Thee shall perish: Thou hast destroyed all them that go a whoring from Thee. But it is good for me to draw near to God: I have put my trust in the Lord God, that I may declare all Thy works. Psalms 73:26 - 28

And herein do I exercise myself, to have always a conscience void of offense toward God, and toward man. Acts 24:16

Armed guards claiming to work for the bank are continuing to burn and throw our personal belongings into trash receptacles and commit armed robbery by stealing other items and unlawfully transporting them off our property and out of our county. From our hillside perch, our family members are listening as our possessions are being thrown into Simmons Sanitation of Kamiah’s trash receptacles and are watching smoke rise as what rightly belongs to us is burned up and reduced to ashes day by day. A third trash receptacle has been dropped off. All parties have ignored and failed to comply with our requests and demands for the theft and destruction of our private property to cease and desist. Empty promises of returned calls and immediate action to stop the destruction of our property are having no effect on the acts of armed robbery and domestic terrorism occurring on our ranch. Clearwater County is prejudicially allowing and condoning these actions through dereliction of duty, breach of duty of care, unchecked collusion with the banks, and other such acts. All parties have racketeered together to secure unjust gain and use the authorities vested in them and status quo created by them to damage, injure, and hurt us. After a sheriff deputy threatened our family member with going to jail for asking for help stopping our possessions from being stolen and hanging up on her while she was trying to relay her previous conversation with the property management group about the gunman committing the crimes, local city police escorted a caravan of three vehicles and two trailers as they drove from our county-located ranch toward the city with our personal belongings last night. Grave miscarriages of justice are occurring. As we have shared with Congressional members, the FBI, the Department of Justice, government accountability groups, and many, many others with authority this week, we need help and we need it now. We have asked for Congressional Inquiries and Department of Justice investigations into these matters. Pray with us that those who are supposed to support, protect, and preserve our rights will uphold the Constitution and that God and America will hold all involved, whether passive or active, fully accountable. If you or I stood by and did nothing when we knew crimes were being committed, we would be tried as accomplices. Public officials across Idaho know what is happening to us is wrong and unlawful, but they are doing nothing. If we executed or obeyed orders we knew or should have known were unlawful, what would these same officials, who failed to competently do their job, and those have hung up on our pleas for help, do to us? Keep praying. The final verdict has not yet been rendered.

We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed. 2 Corinthians 4:8-9
