We Are Fighting Back - Day 74

Life Goes On

Today is Day 74. It happened to us. It could happen to you. What will you do when it does? It has happened to millions of others. We have been told around 20% of the homes foreclosed when the banks first went after us were not even in default. This means they, like us, made their payments, and it happened to them anyway. This stat fails to consider all the other issues that made many of the other 80% wrongful. We know because we have fought this injustice for around a decade and have read and heard the tragic stories of countless of other innocent homeowners. Whether this stat is accurate or the possibility of this happening to you crushes your little denial bubble or not, this could happen to you. Shirking your patriotic duty to stand against systemic corruption and judicial tyranny by ignoring and doing nothing when it happens to your neighbors exponentially increases the risk for all Americans, including you. Others caving in to threats of loss, violence, and character assassinations is how the big banks were empowered to do it to us. Have you read what has happened to others on our In The News link? What has happened to us? A corporation hired the police forces of the State of Idaho to forcefully dispossess us of our ranch and personal belongings without asking or noticing us that we needed to leave or that our personal belongings were in jeopardy or needed to be removed.

...the police powers of the state shall never be abridged or so construed as to permit corporations to conduct their business in such manner as to infringe the equal rights of individuals, or the general well being of the state. Constitution of the State of Idaho, Article XI, Section 8

Summary Judgments based on fraudulent claims are being enforced without a trial by jury and Constitutional due process.

No person shall…be deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law. Fifth Amendment of the Constitution of the United States
 
In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved… Seventh Amendment of the Constitution of the United States
 
No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws. Fourteenth Amendment of the Constitution of the United States
 
The right of trial by jury shall remain inviolate; Constitution of the State of Idaho, Article I, Section 7

Courts, however, in guarding the constitutional rights to a jury trial, have repeatedly held that where the suit should have been, and in substance is, an action for the recovery of the possession of land, the right of a defendant to a jury cannot be defeated by the mere device of bringing the action in an equitable form. Thomson v. Thomson, 7 Cal. 2d 671(1936)

An innocent, law abiding family member was falsely arrested on unlawful charges, then illegally detained, double handcuffed, left to sit on a brick retaining wall in freezing rain for an extended period of time, and required to tender moneys to secure her freedom in violation of Constitutional rights.

Excessive bail shall not be required nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted. Eighth Amendment of the Constitution of the United States

Our family ministry retreat was invaded, and its contents maliciously destroyed to punish us for loving God and others in violation of even war crime international laws. We were treated like violent criminals. Protocol 1 of Geneva Convention

...prohibits the targeting of “historic monuments, works of art or places of worship which constitute the cultural or spiritual heritage of peoples, while also prohibiting making such sites the “object of reprisals.”

Enemies of who we are, what we believe, and the worldview we stand for are maliciously attacking and destroying our home, ranch, possessions, family, and rights. Personal treasures are cruelly being thrown away and willfully being hauled to dumps and burned rather than letting them be returned to us, their rightful owners. No judgments against our personal belongings exist and all were seized outside of any lawful authority. Our family members have maintained a 24/7 prayer vigil and watch over our property from the hillside above our Idaho Ranch. Today is day 74. Other family members are now overseeing a presence in Washington D.C. and focusing on spreading awareness of what is happening to us to freedom lovers across the world.

Our Montana home has been scheduled to be sold at a foreclosure auction on January 29, 2020. We are fighting to stop the sale. Why is it being sold? Because we are Christians and that has apparently become a disfavored political worldview with some in America. Did we fail to make our payments? NO! In case you missed that, the answer is NO!!! The bank has never produced any records that say we did either. Actually, the bank has never produced any records at all. Read our Montana story. We have been prejudicially denied all access to due process, representation, and relief. Since no American leader with authority has stepped up to stand in the gap and stop this attack on our family, we are now reaching to other lands to see if such leaders and freedom champions exist across the oceans. Do you realize if this exact assault were happening to us outside the borders in another country, our American citizenship would compel America to step forward and protect us? How can it be that in our own homeland, no such protection exists? How is it that in our own homeland, all rights and protections of our American citizenship can be rendered null and void and we can be made to feel a family without a country? Slanderous claims and defamatory false accusations are being presented to the public that we abandoned our property, had opportunity to remove our personal belongings and chose not to, failed to make our payments, have criminal records, are associated with violent groups, had a year to produce evidence in our case and failed to do so, were unwilling to work with the sheriff to prevent any violence, broke laws or breached some alleged contract that warrants or justifies what is happening, and the list goes on. There is no factual basis to these claims whatsoever. We have told the truth and are putting our story online, so all who would, can read the truth. We are unwilling to banter back and forth so others can further exploit our family for their own personal publicity gains. We are just standing with the truth and trusting God to be our defender and victor. For so is the will of God, that with well doing ye may put to silence the ignorance of foolish men: as free, and not using your liberty as a cloak of maliciousness, but as the servants of God. Honor all men. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honor the king. 1 Peter 2:15-17

It is so amazing how often God sends just the right person along when we need some encouragement. We had a very special and unexpected visitor at our campsite. A man, who many would describe as an enemy, stopped by to show his support and friendship. He too has been deeply hurt by injustice and shared how he has suffered because of choices his anger has caused him to make. We pray God will do a mighty work in his life, and bring him much love, joy, peace, and happiness. The last 74 days were all worth the chance to visit and share some friendship with this one man. We are so very thankful he stopped by. When a man’s ways please the Lord, he maketh even his enemies to be at peace with him.

We have also had a very special miracle on our Montana Ranch. As those of you who are following our story know, we lost our Idaho chickens due to the raid. These were all a 5th generation hatched experiment. Many lost their lives. Survivors were placed in homes that can love, care, and be fed by them. Though our loss cannot be reversed, one of our Montana hens made our day with a surprise introduction to her new baby chicks. Even with temperatures during the incubation period dropping into the negatives, she successfully sat and hatched her little brood in an uninsulated chicken house. Our breed that we have spent years and years developing will continue on. Life goes on…
