We Are Fighting Back - Day 93

The Bad Guys Are Not The Problem. The Good Guys Are.

Wednesday, February 12, 2020

Today is Day 93. Bad guys do bad things. It is expected. In a good, free, and moral society, laws and regulations are put into place to protect the innocent from being harmed and injured by the bad guys. Those believed to be good guys are then given the authority to enforce the laws and regulations. If the good guys do their job, freedom and liberty for all can exist and the innocent can be protected. The system breaks down when the good guys do not do their job. To do nothing is to do something. Evil prospers when good guys do nothing to stop bad guys from doing bad somethings. For us, the system has broken down because no good guys with authority have been willing to do the right thing, stand up to the big banks, do their job, and enforce the laws.

Our update is our Montana home was unlawfully sold at public auction today. Irregularities and issues surrounding the sale will be challenged in one last effort to allow America the opportunity to affirm freedom and justice for all does include our family, the Nick and Donna Nickerson Family. All laws and regulations needed to save our Montana home are and have been in place to protect us from the bad guys and hold them accountable for the unlawful acts committed against us. If any good guys with authority had been willing to do the right thing and stand up for us, precedents could have been set with our case to protect millions of other innocent American homeowners like us. Unfortunately, no good guys with authority were willing to help us protect our Constitutional, statutory, or contractual rights. No, not one.

Our unwavering testimony and all truth, facts, and evidence demonstrate we made our payments and heroically fulfilled our obligations. We asked for help from the moment Wells Fargo refused our first payment in April 2012 and tacked on $3,000 of unexplained and unwarranted additional fees to our normal monthly payment. Even when we attempted to pay our normal monthly payments, late fees caused by their refusing our April payment, and their $3,000 blackmail fees, Wells Fargo obdurately refused. We reached out to good guys for help, back then, and all the way up until 10 a.m. today when the sale was held. Sadly, and inconceivably, all the good guys claimed there was nothing they could do and refused to get involved. Grave miscarriages of justice have occurred. Criminal acts have been committed. The value, personal worth, and significance of our American birthrights and citizenship have been stripped, revoked, and annulled. Is America still a free country?

Our story is well documented at Our journey out of the injustice system will be well documented as well.
