We Are Fighting Back - Day 96

Highway Robbery

Saturday, February 15, 2020

Today is Day 96.

Idaho Ranch
Members of our family have maintained a prayer vigil on a hillside overlooking our ranch for 96 days. Yes, 96 days is a long time. Why are we still here? For the same reason we began this fight, it is the right thing to do. Allowing Clearwater County, a big bank like Chase, or foreign entities like Altisource to militaristically seize and steal what belongs to us without fighting back is submitting to injustice and civil enslavement. How could our conscience and sense of patriotic duty allow us to empower tyranny, persecution, terrorism, and bank despotism in America by doing nothing? We know we committed no act or inaction to warrant or justify this attack. We made our payments even when it meant forcing Chase to take them. We fought back when PHH took over the servicing of our loan and refused them. We know we own our property by Warranty Deed because we did not agree to anything else. We know our land was not encumbered in the ways PHH and Chase have falsely claimed. We know we do not owe PHH a debt, and that we did not default on any debt incurred on our property in 2002. We know we are the only parties who have obeyed and followed all the laws in these proceedings and in this entire attack on the wealth of our financial portfolio. We know that when the laws and regulations are eventually enforced and upheld, we will prevail on all counts of this battle. Yes, we are still fighting back. What would you do if it happened to you? This is our ranch. We want to keep it. We have and have always had the wherewithal to keep it. We have and will continue to fight to keep it. How else can truth stand for what is right, justice prevail and remain the law of the land, and freedom endure and be preserved? We are fighting in faith, prayer, and the belief that through our God, we shall do valiantly.

Montana Ranch
The main question on our minds in Montana is, Where is America? While our family continues to maintain our presence on a hillside in Idaho, our Montana home has been sold and our one-year redemption timeline has started. District Court Judge Mike Menahan ignored our pleadings for a postponement of the sale. Not all of our family could even be present. Watching Lewis and Clark Deputy Clint Pullman sell our home under the authority of what he called the Sheriff's Department, made us wonder if the phrase "highway robbery" originated in Montana or is it just being endorsed here. We objected to numerous irregularities and illegalities in the sale, but he ignored us and rudely spoke over us. Grave miscarriages of justice are occurring in Montana. No one with authority will stand up to Wells Fargo. No one with authority will uphold and enforce the laws and regulations in place that prevent our land and home from being stolen. We have valid legal claims that should cause the sale to be vacated, the attorneys involved to be held in contempt for fraud and deceit, and all who perpetrated this evil scheme to be prosecuted for racketeering. The fight continues…pray!
