Dear Friends and Family...
Recent Updates To Let You Know What Is Happening To Us

Arlington National Amphitheatre

We here highly resolve that these dead shall not have died in vain.

Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, Virginia

Too many have sacrificed and given their lives to secure our religious freedoms, property rights, and safeguards like due process, for those of us who are alive and remain to walk away, do nothing, and be silent when these freedoms are being attacked and rendered moot. If you are a freedom fighter, liberty protector, public servant, patriot who has served our country in any capacity, or the family of one of these great men and women, our family would like to reach across cyberspace to shake your hand and thank you for your service. We are standing in this battle because it is the right thing to do and to honor and enshrine the sacrifices you have made. Stand with us and our fellow Americans as we fight for our homes, our right to worship, our freedom to believe or not believe, to speak or be silent, to sustain due process, and to ensure equal access to justice. We are fighting in faith and prayer to protect, preserve, and defend our freedoms. Will you pray and stand with us?

Pray For The Nick and Donna Nickerson Family - In God We Trust - September 3, 2019

Dear Friends and Family, Thank you for your faithful prayers, especially today. Today was a good day. We will share more about all that happened later. Right now we want you to know that God answers prayer and that nothing is impossible with God. Sheriff Chris Goetz called a little while ago. The bank has withdrawn their eviction request and their checks have been voided...

Pray For The Nick and Donna Nickerson Family - Idaho Ranch Morning Update September 3, 2019

Dear Friends and Family, They that trust in the Lord shall be as Mount Zion, which cannot be removed, but which abideth for ever. Psalms 125:1 Our update for you today is God is good, we are still in possession, and we are all doing well. Though our enemies are threatening to slay us, we are safe and resting in the One, and only one, who can and will ultimately prevail and render the final verdict in this matter. Thank you for your continued prayers, support, and efforts. Your prayers are being answered and your calls, letters, and emails are making an amazing difference. We believe prayer and public officials knowing you are standing with us is what is holding back further injustice and tragedy from occurring. Please continue to pray, share our story, and let elected officials know you are watching...

Pray For The Nick and Donna Nickerson Family - Idaho Ranch Prayer Update August 7, 2019

Dear Friends and Family, Lieutenant Roger Haworth and Detective Mandy Barlow were just up at the Idaho Ranch to serve us with a Writ of Ejectment. We spoke with the Lieutenant. He was very respectful and professional. The Detective remained in the vehicle. The Writ was digitally signed by Judge Gregory FitzMaurice last Wednesday, July 31, 2019, at 10:14 a.m. Apparently Judge FitzMaurice signed this with the other documents he filed that morning. It feels like a bit of a punishment for us going to Grangeville to share our story with Governor Brad Little the day before.
The Writ commands Sheriff Chris Goetz to remove us and our belongings from the ranch...

Pray For The Nick and Donna Nickerson Family - Idaho Ranch Prayer Update August 6, 2019

Dear Friends and Family, Thank you for your prayers, words of encouragement, and faithful support. We are all doing well. Harvest is coming in at both ranches, and we are very grateful God’s blessings and mercies are new every morning. Many of you are asking for an update on what is happening at the Idaho Ranch. Excerpts from the update we were planning to send are below: ...
Sadly, this update changed drastically when we received a new order from the District Court Sunday. We spent yesterday responding to these changes so we apologize for not updating you sooner. On Wednesday at 9:11 a.m., Judge FitzMaurice denied our motion for reconsideration and vacated (cancelled) our August 20th reconsideration hearing. We are shocked, saddened, and frustrated by this news...

Pray For The Nick and Donna Nickerson Family - Idaho Ranch Update July 16, 2019

O our God, wilt Thou not judge them? for we have no might against this great company that cometh against us; neither know we what to do: but our eyes are on Thee. 2 Chronicles 20:12
Dear Friends and Family, Judge FitzMaurice granted summary judgment to the bank and has ordered us to immediately surrender our property. We will explain more in detail later, but just want you to know an adverse ruling has been rendered.

Pray For The Nick and Donna Nickerson Family - Idaho Ranch Update June 25, 2019

Dear Friends and Family, … for He hath said, I will never leave thee or forsake thee. So that we may boldly say, the Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me. Hebrews 13:5, 6. Today was a miracle and an amazing answer to prayer. Everything went well at the hearing. We were able to present good arguments and the judge felt like he was listening to our points. Though he gave no indication of how he will rule, we think he understands our position and are grateful for the way the hearing went. Please pray for Judge FitzMaurice to have the courage to stand against the big banks and save our ranch...

Pray For The Nick And Donna Nickerson Family - Idaho Ranch Update June 23, 2019

Dear Friends and Family, What would you do if you were us and it happened to you? This next week our faith is on trial. Our faith in God, love for our family, and respect for our country and the sacrifices made by our fellow citizens, may very well cost us our personal freedoms, cause us to be labeled criminals, and endanger our lives. The fraud, corruption, and maliciousness in this targeted attack are irrefutable...

Pray For The Nick And Donna Nickerson Family - Update On The Idaho Ranch - November 5, 2018

Dear Friends and Family, Thank you for your prayers and ongoing words of encouragement and support. As of today November 5, 2018, we are still in possession of both ranches. We are praising the Lord for His protection and thanking Him for His blessings on us.
...
On September 24, 2018, PHH Mortgage started the eviction process by serving the Idaho property with a Demand For Possession. The demand ordered us to vacate the property within thirty (30) days or legal action would be brought against us to take possession. PHH Mortgage and their accomplices have no lawful right or cause to take our property or forcefully evict us from the Idaho Ranch. Thus, we remain resolutely determined not to surrender the property based on their fraudulent claims. We are trusting any legal action they pursue will provide opportunity for the truth, facts, and evidence surrounding this case to testify on our behalf. Our hope and prayer is the judicial system, and those with the power and authority to stop this assault, will finally do the right thing and uphold and enforce the laws in place that save our ranch and protect our family.

Dear Friends and Family, Thank you for your continued prayers and words of encouragement. We believe in the power of prayer and are very thankful for every prayer that is being offered up for us and this entire situation. Thank you for the many calls, letters, and other personal contacts you are making on our behalf as well. It is making a difference, and we appreciate and respect your willingness to stand in the gap for us, for property rights, for religious freedom, for due process, for families like ours who have been wrongfully attacked, and for freedom and justice for all in America. As of today, September 23, we still have possession of our Idaho ranch and the eviction process has not been started...
