PHH has no lawful ownership in our property. We made our payments. We were not in default when PHH took over the servicing of our loan in February 2010. PHH and JPMorgan Chase fabricated any existing default by preventing performance and failing to properly apply payments. JPMorgan Chase and PHH have committed fraud on the court. Our family called out to all of America for help in the August 14, 2019 Call For Help video below. We then cut out a football-field sized In God We Trust in our hay field and made a 40 foot river rock USA in our front yard. Within hours of when our IN GOD WE TRUST update went out to our supporters and was publicized with the press on September 3, 2019, the bank retracted all eviction and ejectment orders. We were lawfully in possession of our ranch when our Idaho Ranch was invaded, raided, and five moving trucks of our personal belongings were seized and moved to Washington State on November 12, 2019. No judgment against our personal property exists. We were not served or noticed we needed to leave. We were not given opportunity to remove our belongings. Many of our family treasures, heirlooms and tools were left on the ranch during the raid. We have been holding a campsite vigil to watch over our ranch ever since.
