This is not a warranted eviction or ejection. Our family is being persecuted.
We are the Nick and Donna Nickerson Family. We are natural born, English-speaking, law abiding, conservative Christian American nationals who have lived our lives trusting and believing America was a free country. We have owned our Idaho Ranch for almost two decades. We are not problem causers, do not have criminal records, and are certainly not a cult or a part of a cult. Though these false accusations add to a future movie drama on what has happened to us, and may help Clearwater County with much needed damage control for their unlawful invasion of our lives, none of the these character assassinations have any merit whatsoever. Evil men have run out of ways to explain why they hate good people like us so they are spreading these lies to try to discredit us. The legal system calls this slander, libel, defamation of character, and other such prosecutable crimes and torts. Their false accusations will be dealt with in due time. We are a family who loves God, loves others, and loves each other. We work hard, devote ourselves to walking in integrity, and give of ourselves and all God has blessed us with in abundance. Our story is simple. We refused to be JPMorgan Chase and Wells Fargo's silent victims. We fought back to expose their criminal activity and the systemic corruption allowing them to get away with it. Because we fought back, they persecuted our family, faith, livelihood, character, professional and personal reputations, self-funded family outreach ministry (not a 501c3), and entire financial portfolio. The only reason ever given to us for their attack is they hated us and people like us, and wanted to throw us and our children out on the streets. Why? Because we are Christians.
